Taizhou Shaneng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in July 2021 and is a recipient of Taizhou City’s “500 Elite” Leading Talent Program. The company is located in Tiantai County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of titanium-based oxide materials.

Core business: lithium titanate (LTO) anode material, titanium–niobium oxide (TNO) anode material, and lithium aluminum titanate solid electrolyte powder (LATP).

 

 

       II. Product Introduction

 

       1. Lithium Titanate Generation 1: SN-1

Features: low cost, low gas production, long cycle life, high safety

Application areas: EVs, power systems, energy storage, start-stop power supplies, specialty power supplies, and the defense industry, among others.

     

        2. Lithium Titanate, Generation 1: SN-1C

       Design concept: Constructing a surface carbon-layer network to enhance conductivity.

       Application Field: Solid-State Batteries

     

       3. Lithium Titanate, 2nd Generation: SN-2

       Features: low cost, low gas production, long cycle life, and high safety.

       Application areas: EVs, power systems, energy storage, start-stop power supplies, specialty power supplies, and the defense industry, among others.

      

       4. Lithium Titanate, 2nd Generation: SN-3

       Design concept: primary ultrafine nanoscale particle formation, followed by secondary spherical particle size control. Ultra-high magnification and ultra-low temperature.

       Application areas: military industry, power batteries

      

       5. Lithium Titanate, 2nd Generation: SN-3Z

       Design Concept: A combined formulation of primary and secondary particles enhances compaction density and processing stability.

       Application areas: Power grid frequency regulation, military industry

      

       6. Lithium Titanate Ultrafine Powder: SN-T

       Features: high specific surface area, and uniform, controllable primary particle size.

       Application field: Coating of electrode materials

      

       7. Solid-state electrolyte LATP : SN-TA

       Features: high ionic conductivity, controllable primary particle size, high purity, and ample production capacity.

       Application areas: electrode material coating, separator coating, solid electrolyte

     

        8. Titanium-Niobium Oxide: SN-TNO

       Design rationale: A specific Ti–Nb ratio ensures high-capacity performance, while secondary-particle spheroidization and the formation of a conductive network guarantee long-cycle life and high-rate capability.
