From June 8 to 11, 2023, it will be held in Yibin, Sichuan Province. In April 2023, the leading event of the 2023 World Power Battery Conference "Yibin on the Cloud" high-end dialogue was successfully held in Shanghai. Ouyang Minggao, an academician of the CAS Member, a famous scholar in the field of international transportation electrification, and a professor of Tsinghua University, served as the host of the event, and invited many experts and senior executives of power battery and new energy vehicle enterprises to participate in the dialogue. The dialogue activity revolves around industry related hot and difficult topics, collides with ideas and sparks, condenses development consensus, and provides cutting-edge thinking for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry and maintaining its international leading position. On May 10, 2023, the Global Promotion Conference of the 2023 World Power Battery Conference was held in Beijing. In June 2023, one of the visiting routes for guests at the 2023 World Power Battery Conference, the Phase I Xinyuan Avenue Relocation Project of the Yibin Sanjiang New Area Green and Low Carbon Advantage Industrial Park Project, has met the conditions for opening to traffic. At 10 a.m. on June 9, 2023, the 2023 World Power Battery Conference opened in Yibin. Xin Guobin, a member of the Party Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. On the afternoon of June 9th, the signing event for the major project of the 2023 World Power Battery Conference was held. This conference signed a total of 64 projects with a total contract amount of 106.3 billion yuan, including 53 green new energy industry projects represented by power batteries, 5 central local cooperation and industry organization cooperation projects, and 6 new research and development platform projects. On June 10, 2023, the symposium on efficient and safe transportation of power batteries was held in Yibin International Convention Center. On June 11, 2023, the 2023 World Power Battery Conference closed in Yibin, Sichuan.
